Meet Jeffrey MacDonald

As the founder of Wealth Wise Consulting, I help financial advisors define their vision, build stronger business models, and deliver consistent, high-impact client service. With over 20 years of industry experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of advisors across Canada—guiding them to create practices that are more efficient, profitable, and aligned with their goals.
 
As a Practice Strategist and Advisor Coach, I work closely with advisory teams to clarify what success looks like, uncover the gaps in their current structure, and implement tailored strategies to drive meaningful growth. From prospecting systems to client service models, I focus on the practical tools and frameworks that move businesses forward.
 
In addition to my consulting work, I’m a regular contributor to Advisor.ca, where I share insights on practice management, advisor specialization, and building a scalable, client-centric business.
 
I hold the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, as well as an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. I’m committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to better support the advisors I work with.
 
My mission is simple: to help financial advisors build better businesses—with more clarity, more structure, and more impact.
